LOS ANGELES - "Titanic" stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet and the film's director James Cameron have responded to a challenge and donated $30,000 to support the last survivor of the Titanic in her last years, a representative for DiCaprio said on Monday.

The survivor, 97-year-old Millvina Dean, has reportedly resorted to selling her autograph to pay her nursing home bills in Southampton, the English city from which "Titanic" began its fateful maiden voyage in 1912.

Dean was only 9 weeks old when her family traveled on Titanic in hopes of beginning a new life in the United States. Her father was one of the 1,517 casualties after the supposedly unsinkable ship hit an iceberg in the Atlantic.
DiCaprio, Winslet and Cameron made their combined $30,000 donation after Irish author and photographer Don Mullan publicly challenged them to match his donation, said Ken Sunshine, a spokesman for DiCaprio. Mullan, who photographed Dean for an exhibition, made his appeal last month in the Irish Independent newspaper.

The 1997 drama "Titanic" made more than $1.8 billion at the worldwide box office, making it the highest-grossing film of all time in figures not adjusted for inflation. It went on to win 11 Oscars, including best picture.
I Totally love the movie which make me tears after watching it .Guess ALL of you have watch the movie already am i right ? Unless you're living under a rock all along i suppose.

Mas Selamat Living Place

Since Mas Selamat is now so hot in the news ,making the headline of news paper ,let me do some research on him yeahs !Dig dig dig ,i found quite alot of stuff about him though .But only afew of it will be posted since the rest is not interesting. Lets see where Mas Selamet has been staying all along while he is on the run .I have been thinking that he would have been staying in some big houses with big swimming pool and stuff .But i was wrong .

These are the few question that alot of people have been asking ,

-Now, we all know that Mas Selamat ran to Malaysia.But why is it Malaysia?

-How could he run to Malaysia?No Singaporeans guard checking at the border of the country?

-So where did he exactly stay for more than a year?

Perhaps my post will have afew of the answer that you guys has been wanting to know all along.

Unbelievable ,i though that Mas Selamat would have stayed in some high class place like condo or pent house .But in the end it was a wooden house instead-.- Alright shall stop bitching about him in case he find out about me then i die manx ! Shhhh !

It is never easy to be an on-screen couple. Cynthia Koh has had enough, and revealed her wish for a divorce with her 'the other screen half' Darren Lim!

In drama series The School Daze, Koh and Lim acted together once again, as a money-grubbing couple, who try all means to scrimp and save for their child's tuition expenses. This is also their third partnership as a couple in drama series following Kinship and The Little Nyonya.
Surprised by the total number of times he had been appearing on screen with Koh, Lim said, "The younger generation may be termed 'golden couples'. As for us, we are the 'notorious pair' on screen. But it is not easy to achieve the title, okay?!"

Koh said that co-acting with different actors will result in different kinds of chemistry and audiences are not oblivious to the sparks created on screen. Even the 'cool princess' Rui En could not help but break out and laugh at the humorous pair when they start to bicker during filming.
Although their on screen personas were well received, Koh still thinks that it is wise to put a stop to their 'relationship' at this moment. "I want a divorce! It's getting a little boring," Koh exclaimed.
Lim, on the other hand did not refute the suggestion, and revealed that what he really pines for is a breakthrough role.

Fortunately, Koh was never a great fan of prawn noodles to start with. "I wouldn't mind eating prawn noodles before the filming of this drama, but now"
Koh also praised Lim for his fine culinary skills, and said that it was comparable to the standard of a professional chef.
